Nothing can be resolved through the application, which keeps sending an invalid validation code!
And nothing can be resolved by customer service 4002-0022 “Bradesco cards”
One of Bradesco's attendants committed a CRIME against my father. He inserted a “Capitalization Bond” into his credit card statement called “ECON PREMIAVEL BRADESCO”, which comes every month charging R$ 200.00 (this was done without authorization and without any signature from my father. Especially because this type of procedure needs to be AUTHORIZED and SIGNED by the CUSTOMER, which DID NOT happen). And now we are trying to cancel via customer service number 4002-0022 and NOBODY wants to cancel, everyone makes it difficult: “they hang up on us, they say they will transfer it to someone who can cancel and they NEVER get to that “someone” to cancel. The truth is that no one wants to lose a commission like that, right? Stealing and pushing customers' invoices. This is a lack of respect on the part of BRADESCO's employees, and also a lack of seriousness and responsibility towards the Customer. We're going to have to file a police report for damages, since all this “theft” of Capitalization Bonds has to be paid, in which they deceive people with “talk” about prizes that don't exist!

If you are going to do service inside the agency, I recommend that you arrive before opening hours, as it is close to the terminal, it is an agency with a lot of users.
